Technologies of the Simplon KIARO DISC

Smart Headset

A highlight on the Kiaro Disc is the special cable routing: all cables from the handlebars, go directly over the headset into the frame interior. This serves on the one hand to protect the cables and on the other hand the clean look of the bike.

Comfort Concept

The Comfort Concept consists of specially flattened tube cross-sections on the seat and chainstays, seatpost, top tube and seat tube. The harmonious interaction of all tubes ensures excellent seating comfort while maintaining high torsional stiffness.

Raptor Dropout

Due to the dropouts pulled back, the fork blades are flatter than conventional forks – of course without changing the geometry. This gives the fork a higher vertical flex and the rider more comfort.

Flat mount disc brakes

In the new Kiaro Disc Simplon uses the Flat Mount standard for the best possible integration of the brake – ideal for the aerodynamic demands of a road bike.

Maximum Power Transfer
