HMF carbon fiber is used when stiffness needs to be maximized and weight kept low. This optimal material composition guarantees stiffness and strength for the best riding pleasure. The expertise of SCOTT engineers is used for the perfect coating in terms of alignment and fiber size. The HMF fibers offer superior strength compared to industrial standards.

To optimally control power transfer, SCOTT engineers developed an oversized down tube and bottom bracket joint. The wide cross-section and soft transitions allow for better load distribution and result in a laterally robust structure that increases pedaling power by effectively delivering energy to the drivetrain instead of losing it to unwanted frame flex.
