With the PUKY YOUKE 12, learning to ride a bike becomes child’s play. The latest generation comes with perfect geometry and is the result of 70 years of experience. A low frame entry and the low overhang height ensure optimal mounting and dismounting of the child. In addition, the handlebar widths and the gear ratio on the YOUKE have been optimised and retuned. Lightweight aluminium components such as the frame, handlebars and cranks ensure a perfect weight ratio. Fully equipped with a standard luggage rack and a child-friendly V-Brake brake system, the PUKY YOUKE 12 leaves nothing to be desired.

Details of the PUKY YOUKE 12

The low frame entrance and the low overhang height favour a safe getting on and off for the young riders at traffic lights and crossings. So the feet land quickly on the ground again, which is a helpful factor especially for inexperienced riders.

With all YOUKE models PUKY uses a standard and child-friendly V-brake on the front wheel. These ensure a good braking effect and guarantee an optimal dosage of the braking power, so that the rider comes to a safe stop. In contrast to conventional V-brakes, falls caused by too strong, abrupt braking power are avoided. Furthermore, the YOUKE models are equipped with a coaster brake.

To ensure good ergonomics and the longest possible service life, the handlebars and seat post of YOUKE children’s bikes are infinitely adjustable in height. Thus, the vehicle continuously adapts to the size growth of the little riders. 

The extremely impact-resistant and durable powder coating is applied by PUKY in its own factory on all their vehicles. It covers the metal components like a plastic coating and is UV and weather resistant and of course free of toxins and harmful substances. 

The PUKY safety set ensures safety on the vehicle and during the ride. It consists of a handlebar pad, a bell, safety handlebar grips, front and rear reflectors, mudguards, non-slip pedals with reflector and a closed chain case.
