Giant TRANCE X ADVANCED PRO 1 – 29″ Mountainbike – 2022 – starry night
Due to the tight supply situation for individual components, bikes may sometimes be delivered with deviating equipment. However, any alternative components used will be of a corresponding quality to that of the original components.
From fast, rough descents to technical terrain, this progressive trail bike offers you active suspension, adjustable frame geometry and everything you need for singletrack play.
Highlights of the Giant TRANCE X ADVANCED PRO 1 – 29″ Mountain Bike – 2022
- 29er Confidence and Control – 29-inch wheels optimized to roll over technical terrain with balance and stability. Giving you more momentum on tricky climbs and confidence to fly on fast singletrack descents. Additional clearance for up to 2.5-inch tires.
- Progressive Suspension – The Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 135mm of travel at the rear (and 150mm at the front), it features an Advanced Forged Composite upper swingarm for increased stiffness and strength, as well as a lighter overall frame weight.
- Adjustable Geometry – A flip chip allows you to change the head tube angle, seat tube angle, and bottom bracket height to fine-tune the ride. You can choose the low position (65.5/77.2 head tube angle and 40 mm bottom bracket height) for fast, open terrain or the high position (66.2/77.9 head tube angle and 30 mm bottom bracket height) for slower, tighter singletrack.
GIANT Technologies
- Advanced Composite Technology – GIANT’s high-performance carbon fiber is used to make this special carbon frame material, which is woven and processed in-house and has an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front frame triangle is formed as a single piece. The modified monocoque construction eliminates the outer braided composite layer. This reduces weight without compromising ride quality, stability or stiffness.
- Advanced Forged Composite Technology – This high-pressure molding process produces components with complex shapes that are lighter and stronger than aluminum or standard composite parts.
Maestro Suspension Technology – Four strategically placed pivot points and two linkages combine to create a single floating pivot point for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.OverDrive Oversized steerer tube – Built for steering precision, the extra-large headset bearings and tapered steerer tube deliver optimal front-end stiffness.Tubeless System – Fewer punctures. Better traction. Less rolling resistance. GIANT’sTubeless System makes mounting easier and provides extra riding fun.- Flip Chip – The Flip Chip allows you to quickly adjust the geometry of your Maestro-equipped mountain bike. It allows you to change the head tube/seat tube angle and bottom bracket height via eccentric (offset, two-stage) hardware located on the top rocker.
