Perfectly adjustable
- A total of three
Flip Chips provide unprecedented adjustability. Three-position Maestro flip chip lets you adjust frame geometry to suit your riding style and terrain. A new headset flip chip adjusts theReach so you can easily achieve your preferred position. And the dropout flip chip lets you adjust the wheelbase and chainstays.
Rear wheel options
- You can choose between a 29-inch and a 27.5-inch rear wheel. All models come from the factory with a mullet setup, which is preferred by many racers. The smaller diameter rear wheel makes for a nippy, agile feel. If you prefer the rollover and stability of dual 29-inch wheels, you get it by purchasing and mounting a larger wheel/tire.
Highlights of the Giant Glory Advanced Pro – Carbon Mountain Bike – 2024
- The main frame and rear swingarm are made from high-performance carbon fiber and specialty resin manufactured in GIANT’s own composite factory.
- The handcrafted monocoque construction makes the bike extremely lightweight, stiff and compliant.
- Maestro Suspension – Four strategically placed pivot points and two linkages work together to create a single virtual pivot point for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.
Advanced Forged Composite – The carbon fiber upper baffle is manufactured using a state-of-the-art high-pressure casting process and is lighter, stiffer and stronger than aluminum.- The frame geometry can be adjusted in three stages to suit riding style and terrain. There can be a 61.6, 62 or 62.3-degree steering angle and correspondingly a 78.4, 78.8 or 79.1-degree seat angle, resulting in 13, 8 or 3mm of bottom bracket drop (size M/L).
- A flip chip at the rear dropout can be set to a long or short position to adjust the wheelbase and chainstays.
- With a flip chip on the headset that adjusts to three positions, riders can quickly adjust cockpit dimensions and geometry. This modular system has two positioning chips that are removable and interchangeable to achieve a short (-5mm), medium (0mm) or long (+5mm) reach and optimize the rider’s handling and position.
