Not every bike needs a suspension fork. With a classic fork, the Rubin weighs and costs less, but performs at least as well as classic Trekking® bikes on urban trails. But it’s easier to carry up the stairs at the S-Bahn station.
The Rubin shows what a fully equipped bike can do without a battery. Definitely a sport bike and yet absolutely competent for urban everyday life.
