A bike that only knows full throttle and is always ready to sprint – whether uphill, downhill or in the flat flow trail. The maximum efficiency of the VPP rear triangle causes a pleasantly fast and light-footed handling. Technically, it stands on the same platform as the Santa Cruz Long Travel bikes and thus feels comfortable not only in the classic XC terrain, but also on real trails. Paired with a 130mm fork, the Tallboy is also becoming more attractive for aggressive bikers. Santa Cruz has sat down and transferred their enduro geometries to cross-country bikes. A fast bike with little travel and flat steering angle, generous reach and a fork with low offset is the result – an aggressive geometry, which is still rarely seen in this travel class.
